I simply love my new Joola Agassi Pro IV 14mm. I also own the Pegasus IV 16mm which previously was my favorite paddle. I reduced my rating to 4-stars simply due to the fact that Joola as a company is quite poor as a company in fulfillment services and customer service. That being said, Hometown Pickleball is great in both of these areas. Save yourself the frustration and purchase directly from Hometown and let this company deal with Joola . . .
