If there is a defect in the workmanship of a new paddle, all warranty issues will be handled directly with the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms. See their website for conditions. Typically, there is a six-month warranty for defects when a paddle is used as intended. For example, if the edge guard starts to come off with regular play that would normally be covered. However, if the edge guard comes off because you got mad and slammed it against the fence pole, well…
If it was an error on my part (for example I sent you the wrong paddle) contact me. I will gladly take back your paddle in the same condition it was sent. I will pay for shipping it back by providing you with a return label and giving you a full refund or exchange for the correct paddle.
If you purchased a paddle and just changed your mind, I will still take it back. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and your refund will be $20 dollars less than what you paid to cover the original shipping costs and service fees. The paddle needs to be returned in same condition as it was sent with in 30 days.
If you decide to use a new paddle and then decide you want to return it, there will be a $30 charge. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. The paddle would need to be returned in gently used condition within 30 days of purchase. Paddles that have had significant use or damage are not eligible for returns.Â
*Exemptions* Paddles purchased used, lightly used, clearance/closeout, or paddles that have been heavily used or damaged will not be eligible for return. If you do not know if your paddle is eligible for return reach out to us and we will verify its eligibility.Â
