The Holbrook Fuze VantaGrit Widebody 16mm is the Fuze with a new, longer-lasting grit face. Same patent-pending Dual Density Foam Core, same shapes and dimensions, and a textured VantaGrit surface that Holbrook says adds spin and outlasts a typical raw carbon face. What's new, what's carried over

• VantaGrit surface. A new grit texture over a layered carbon-aramid-carbon (CAC) face. Holbrook positions it as more spin with more durability than raw carbon; early reviewers report the spin gain over the original Fuze is real but modest, with the same consistent feel and large sweet spot.
• Dual Density Foam Core. Carried over from the Fuze: higher-density foam in the upper part of the face and lower-density foam at the center, which Holbrook says evens out power and feel across the face, including off-center hits. Full foam core, unibody carbon construction (Gen 4).
• Widebody shape, 16mm. 16 x 8 in: the widest face and the most forgiving of the three shapes, trading a little reach for a bigger sweet spot and the steadiest feel on blocks and resets.
• Color. White.
